The Nigeria Olympic Committee is the National Olympics Committee for Nigeria with its headquarters at Lagos, Nigeria established in the year 1950 to oversee the operation and functioning of Olympic Games in Nigeria. They are also the body that is in charge of Nigeria’s participation at the commonwealth games. They are government organization responsible for co-ordinating and supporting Nigerian competitors in the Olympic Games.
